Why am I not getting notifications?

  • In your phone settings, make sure you "allow notifications" from the PwF App.

  • Make sure your notification settings in MORE are set correctly (30 mins, 1 hour, etc.)

  • When you receive a notification to check-in and you select "no" the app will automatically pause your notifications to respect that you are busy. All you have to do is check-in again manually and they will resume.

  • Double check where your “Ending Notifications” time is set at the bottom (it shows in military time). If it is set for earlier in the morning, the app will not send notifications throughout the day. (For example, an “End of Day Timing” set for 20:00 is 8pm.)

Why do I have to register with an email at the beginning?

  • Your email is simply the unique identification of you within our system. Peace With Food holds your privacy to the highest regard and will NEVER disclose your information. Your email can be used (if you choose) within PwF Connect to link up with your friends.

Why is my sound not working?

  • Your Ring/Silent switch must be turned on for the full sound experience. 

Why am I experiencing bugs still?

  • The best thing to do first is delete the PwF icon off your phone. Then go back into the Store and re-install the PwF App (don't worry you will not have to pay again during your subscription period and your data is all saved.) This is the best method to make sure you have the latest version.

  • Turning your phone completely off and restarting it is also a great troubleshooting method to clear up any other issues on your phone that may be affecting the app.

I am sure that I have a subscription! Why did my app stop recognizing this?

  • Tap "Restore Purchases" to remind the app of your current subscription! These words are found if you click on the 'Subscribe' tile and look towards the bottom left of the screen.

Why has my Apple Watch stopped receiving notifications?

  • Make sure to tap out of the final screen that says "Beautiful job..." this will reset for your next check-in.

Why will my Apple Watch only select "neutral" on the Rhythm Tracker?

  • Use the side-dial (or Digital Crown) on the side of your watch to scroll through the Rhythm Tracker. Then tap on the word when you have selected your hunger/fullness.

Why is my Apple Watch stuck on the "loading" screen?

  • Make sure your Apple Watch and iPhone have the current software update. Go to > Settings > General > Software Update to confirm.

  • Check to see if your iPhone's Bluetooth is connected to your Apple Watch.

  • Make sure your Apple Watch is not on "Airplane Mode" or "Do Not Disturb".

  • Confirm a stable WiFi connection.
